Frequently asked questions

It is a considered, one-to-one reading of your palms by Zahra. She studies the lines, mounts and shape of your hands and translates what they suggest into practical guidance for real decisions — about career, relationships, wellbeing and life direction. It is offered as thoughtful guidance, not as a fixed prediction of the future.

No. We do not cast horoscopes or claim to predict fixed events. Palmistry, as Zahra practises it, is a reflective consulting service: a structured way to understand your strengths, patterns and the choices in front of you. You remain firmly in charge of your own decisions.

Consultations are delivered entirely online, so you can book from anywhere. Our clients are based mainly in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the United Arab Emirates, and we welcome clients worldwide.

No. A reading is for reflection and guidance only. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. For health, legal or financial matters, please consult a suitably qualified expert. See our Disclaimer for details.

Choose the reading that matches your question. If you want depth on one area — such as career, love or marriage — pick that focused reading. If you would like the full picture across every major theme, the Complete Life Reading is the most comprehensive. If you prefer a live conversation, choose the Video Consultation.

Yes. The Video Consultation is a private, live session with Zahra over a secure video call. You can share your palms on camera or send them in advance, ask questions in real time, and receive a short written summary afterwards. A recording is available on request.

Absolutely, and we encourage it. When you book, you can share the questions or decisions on your mind. Zahra weaves these into your reading and gives grounded, practical guidance rather than generic statements.

For written readings you receive a detailed, personalised report based on your palms, a clear summary, practical suggestions, and a follow-up question answered by email. Video Consultations include the live session and a written summary. Exactly what is included is listed on each service page.

After booking, you upload clear photos of your left and right palms through a secure form. We ask for good natural light, a steady hand and the full palm in frame. Detailed guidance is shown on the upload page, and you can re-take the photos as many times as you need before submitting.

Written readings are delivered within 3 to 4 business days for most services, and 4 to 6 business days for the Complete Life Reading. Video Consultations are booked for a scheduled time that suits you. If you ever need a reading sooner, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Yes. Your photos, details and reading are treated as strictly confidential and are never shared or published. Palm images are used only to prepare your reading. You can read exactly how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.

Payment is taken securely during booking. We support major cards and common online payment methods, and your payment details are handled by trusted, encrypted payment providers. You receive a confirmation once your booking and payment are complete.

Because each reading is prepared personally for you, refunds are handled fairly and case by case. If a reading has not yet been started, or something has gone wrong on our side, we will make it right. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
